Italian zeen project
This was a project that represented what my semester abroad in Italy meant to me. I decided to do it on the shoes that I wore almost every day while I was there. Shoes are very special to me, especially since they don’t last forever because I usually destroy them skateboarding.
After reading through the zeen and looking at the close-up scans of the different sides of the shoe, the zeen opens up. On the back side, it becomes a poster with the text from a speech my Italian friend gave me. It describes the Italian passion for skating: “Fotta”.
