This work was completed for my space research class in the first semester. it was made out of styrofoam, aquarium rocks, drink umbrellas, salt, rocks, and fake model trees. I recently took a trip to Japan and was able to experience many beautiful Japanese guardians. my favorite was one of the ones I saw that was surrounded by the city it felt like paradise in a bubble. a long time ago I also experienced a Chihuly exhibit where I walked under a ceiling of his glass objects with light shining through which inspired me to add the umbrellas

This work was completed in the first semester for my space research class. I wrapped myself in wrapping paper. I wanted to create a story of the person wrapped looking at the studio magazine and kind of show the effect of how people react to looking into a magazine and see a really beautiful model.
